Fix It Or Forget It Tuesday

I love magazines and one of my fav's just happens to be from Kraft. Nestled on my shelf is a short stack of my Kraft Food & Family magazines. My children enjoy reading them as well and some have gotten ruined and tossed out.

Two exciting reasons that I love this magazine is the recipe's provided and the coupons they surprise you with in each issue. Coupons are tough to come by in my area (rural) so it's loved when magazines include them.

You can check out Kraft for yourself and sign up for your own issues of Food & Family as well as learn about new promotions, read recipe's, and so much more!

Now onto my "Fix It or Forget It" Tuesday review. In a prior issue of Kraft Food & Family, I found a recipe for meatloaf. My family doesn't really like my meatloaf, let's face it....I'm terrible at making this dish and it always turns out so boring and tasteless.

I decided to try this recipe and it was so simple to create. The best part about it? My family LOVED it and requested it again. (Way to go mom...and Kraft of course!!)

I omitted the cheese and added salsa to the top. Push a hole in the middle of each loaf and spoon in salsa, this gives it an extra kick and a great way to add extra veggies!

Recipe and suggestions can be found here: (I believe this is the recipe, I cannot find my magazine of course, lol)

Result? FIX IT! My family loved it, your family might as well and it's an easy dinner which means less time in the kitchen!

I get that magazine too. I love it. I have found some really great recipes from it. I got my new one yesterday and plan on making the Peanut Butter and Fudge Swirl Pie for the Memorial Day BBQ. It looks yummy and best of all EASY. lol

That does look good, doesn't it?! I had my eyes on the ribs but, we don't have a grill. I told hubby that we need one, I love to BBQ!
