It's not too late to order your DTV coupons

Television is about to go all digital, are you prepared? It's not too late to order your DTV coupons/vouchers.

INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON WEBSITE:
To apply for the coupon, please provide the following information. If you are a resident of a licensed nursing home, intermediate care facility or assisted living facility, you must mail in the Application Form for Nursing Home Residents.

*Items marked with an asterisk are required.
Coupon Arrival Date. Coupons are still available for eligible households. Since it typically takes nine business days to process and mail coupons, consumers who apply now may not receive their coupons in time for the June 12 transition to digital television.

IMPORTANT: Consumers who apply for coupons are approved on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. If the Program experiences high demand, it may be necessary for the Coupon Program to place applicants on a waiting list. Should this happen, we may distribute coupons to over-the-air only households first to ensure that as many US households as possible have at least one working television after their local TV stations complete the transition to digital by June 12, 2009.

Coupons will expire within 90 days of the date they are mailed.
