Dial Coconut Water Body Wash

I want a product that goes a little deeper than just getting the job done. The product must also be budget friendly for my family. Obviously work is cut out for me when it comes to finding decent to great products. With thousands of various items on the market, you’ll go through several to find the right one. This isn’t exactly an issue for me as I enjoy a variety of products.

The first thing I look for in a body wash is the cost. Naturally I’m not going to pay a large sum of money on a budget. Good products don’t have to bust your pocketbook. You may be surprised with the quality of low cost products today. I’m not one to shop in a high end department store, but it doesn’t mean that I want to sacrifice luxury.

The next quality that I look for in a good body wash is scent. It must have a pleasant smell. Nothing too overpowering and definitely not a smell that makes you take a step back. I’ve inhaled some pretty disgusting fragrances in my shopping ventures.

Another detail that I search for is the consistency and texture. If the body wash is thin, it’s likely to give a weak lather. This usually means that you end up using more product than its intention. This in return costs you more money. You wouldn’t believe some of the high end bath and body products that I’ve found to be very watery. One tip is if the bottle is clear; turn the bottle to the side or upside down. Watch the bubble or contents to see how slowly it moves to the side. You can also watch for the product sticking to the container. I also want the product to rinse well without irritating or striping the moisture from your skin.

I’ve always liked Dial body wash products and when I received a sample of the new Coconut Water hydrating body wash, I was excited to give it a try. If you know me then you know that bath products can be a weakness of mine. My Fed-Ex delivery lady was standing outside with me while I opened the package. I let her be the first to inhale its sweet and subtle substance. She loved the scent and then it was my turn. I took a sniff and it smells really nice! The scent got a thumbs up from the both of us and even an extra “Mmmm” from me.

This Dial Coconut water body & Bamboo leaf extract body wash has a fairly thick consistency. The attractive packaging is simple and yet catches my eye. I like how the coconut in the picture is green. Normally you see brown colored coconuts on packaging. I assumed it was due to the extra ingredients. By turning the package around I was proved wrong. In all honesty, I never knew this!

Coconut Water Fact:

Coconut water is found in young, green coconuts and known to be rich in antioxidants and electrolytes that help provide replenishing hydration.

I was happy with the lather. I use a bath puff and poured a generous amount of the mesh. It offered a good lather and easily washed the upper portion of my body. I rinsed the puff and my body and then reapplied with more body wash for the bottom portion of my body. Then, I used a small amount to cleanse the sensitive areas. The body wash seemed to rinse off quickly and easily. My skin felt refreshed and clean, not to mention the light lingering scent of coconut.

Although we each enjoy our own favorite bath and body products, I still search for a family body wash. You never know when one person may run out and need to use what is available. I've tried several varieties of the Dial body wash family. This particular scent was pleasant and I enjoyed the way it worked. The price isn't too shabby either, you can easily pick this up for less than $5 in the store.   A little more about the New Dial coconut water body wash.
