Saving money is important to our family, and we try to stretch our dollars further during major store events. Kroger receives a great deal of our business due to the sales they offer. Between coupons, sales, and manager specials, we can always find a way to stock our pantry while saving money. Myblogspark and General Mills have teamed up to provide this fabulous information to my readers.
From June 2nd - 8th, take advantage of great savings on some of your favorite brands from General Mills like Pillsbury, Totino´s, Chex Mix and Yoplait. Just buy 5 participating General Mills products* in the same shopping trip and get a coupon to save $5 on your next visit to Kroger. Look for special tags on participating products.*
In addition to receiving a $5 catalina (coupon voucher) to use on your next shopping trip, you can save even more cash by using coupons. Coupons can be found on various websites such as Coupons.com, Boxtops For Education, and your local Sunday newspaper. The savings are generally endless! I especially enjoy using my $5 Catalina’s to purchase other items during the sale. If purchasing the participating General Mills products, you should receive another $5 towards your next shopping trip. The Catalina’s can normally be used on other products in the store as well.
I’d like to share a tip about utilizing this sale. Limits vary per store so please be sure to call ahead and ask about the policy. My Kroger for instance only allows you to complete 4 “Buy 5 Save 5” deals per transaction. This can complicate things if you’re not aware of this policy. I know for those using coupons, this information can be vital to their shopping trip. You should also be aware that the Catalina’s do expire! Don’t forget to use your voucher coupons, and treat them as cash.
*Promotion varies in different locations so please be sure to check your local Kroger Co. Family of Stores** for specific deals and offers which include:
Kroger, Ralphs, King Scoopers, City Market, Dillons, Smith’s, Fry’s, QFC, Baker’s, Owen’s, Jay C Food Stores, Hilander, Gerbes, Fred Meyer, Pay Less Supermarkets and Scott’s Food & Pharmacy.
Visit Kroger on Facebook and Twitter, to learn more.
